the location at about 135 Ave and 50 st in Edmonton would not allow a man on a bike to order If this is Wendy's policy then they won't be getting anymore business from me.
Staff unable to focus on orders at the drive thru. They don't confirm your order, then give you an incomplete order, then act condescending and argue with you about what you ordered. I'm in the middle of a 16 hour shift and don't need that non sense. It's absolutely unacceptable and a joke of customer service.
In addition, I just tasted my Coke, and it's the spicest piece of swamp water I've ever had in my life! Time to change the syrup out and there was no ice!! ...read full review
