Stopped by while passing through from Jasper. The restaurant is pretty new, very clean, food is fresh, and the owner was really sweet in making conversation while I waited as well as ensuring that I was happy. I would happily return.

Edo Japan offers good food with generous servings. The Ramen soup and Ramen bowl are different, and the cook and cashier are willing to explain and offer soup. The food is super tasty, fresh, and delicious, including tofu taryaki, spring roll, and sushi. The sushi is divine. The place is always clean and hygienic. The service is perfect, friendly, and helpful. Staff like Aman are really friendly and welcoming, with service and recommendations always on point. Kiran is a very nice lady who gives nice servings. Everyone is friendly, making the experience even better. Highly recommended for great food and amazing service.
