Great service and delicious food! The staff were friendly and efficient, and everything was fresh and hot. Always a good experience at KFC.
Just finished a chicken finger sandwich from here. It was my treat (as I’ve been eating better lately), and it was absolutely amazing.

KFC at Franklin is the go-to spot for delicious food and amazing service. The manager is highly respected for working alongside the staff, ensuring top-notch service. However, the Timberlea location needs improvement, as the food can be old and dried out. The bathroom water temperature may be an issue, but the quick service makes it feel like your meal is prepared in a flash.
