Dairy Queen Reviews
The slowest and worst Dairy Queen. Most people from the Fort know it takes too long to get your food so that's why they avoid it. Also the staff is not very good and get orders wrong.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers a mix of hot and fresh fries, friendly service, and a casual atmosphere perfect for relaxing with friends. The restaurant provides good food, and the sundaes are especially excellent. However, some visitors find the decor somewhat dated, and parking can be challenging to exit at dinner time if turning left. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, even close to closing time, and the overall vibe is chill, making it a popular spot for a quick meal or hangout.
Customers appreciate the friendly service, though there are complaints about service quality lately, with some saying it has become worse than before. While the ice cream is enjoyed, some feel portion sizes could be better. The restaurant's menu has limited vegetarian options, with peanuts being one of the few choices. The burger cooked by the chef's staff has received praise for its deliciousness, especially during busy times.
Not all experiences have been perfect; some reports mention undercooked fries, long wait times, and missing items. Despite these issues, the restaurant remains a casual spot for many, though some customers prefer visiting the Sherwood Park location, which they believe offers better service and consistency.
