“It was my son’s 13th birthday, and even though they were clearly short-staffed and busy, one employee went above and beyond. She took the time to draw balloons on his cup and made sure he got his first complimentary birthday drink.

“Found the Starbucks online, was in Fort Saskatchewan and wanted a place to get some work done before a later meeting. Parking was good. The staff were fantastic. Service was quick and accurate. They went out of there way to help, getting a refill, getting directions to meeting, and being pleasant and approachable. I will definitely visit this location again.“
