The Starbucks experience is sometimes a hit and miss, Kris is great but she needs to pay attention to what the customer is adding to their drink order, as the service gets better so will my review“

What really makes this location special is the staff. Everyone is always so warm and friendly, and almost every time I leave, someone wishes me a wonderful day. Sometimes they even draw little pictures on my cup — not every time, of course, but when they do, it’s honestly SO cute and always makes me smile. 🥹💕

“I'm a Starbucks fan. I enjoy their drinks and typically go for the Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Expresso. Tasty but not too sweet. The new Orange Cream Matcha (I get it made with high protein milk) is a delight, but like the pistachio flavor, is short lived on the menu. I don't go daily because of the cost and I honestly believe their prices could be lower and still maintain a profit. The only other concern I have is the terrible quality of their drink trays. I have completely given up on them as they fail every time. I gave 5 stars because none of the options were related to price or the trays.“

“This Starbucks is honestly something special. Sure, you can get typical Starbucks drinks and snacks, but it's the people who work here that make this location stand out.

The baristas are always so welcoming and friendly, especially CAT and BUCKLEY! They remember regular customers, pay attention to the little details, and somehow manage to make my visit feel personal. I've never had my order messed up, which is pretty impressive considering how often I stop by here.

Today, Buckley and Cat completely made my day. They made my favorite Roasted Coconut Cold Brew with extra cream, and it was absolutely perfect. More than that, they served it with genuine smiles, great energy, and a quick chat that put me in a better mood instantly.

It's funny how something as simple as a coffee run can brighten your day, but that's exactly what happens here. Great service, great people, and consistently delicious drinks.

If you haven't checked out this location yet, you really should. It's easily my favorite Starbucks in Edmonton. And if Buckley or Cat are working, you're in good hands—they're the coolest and truly know how to make customers feel valued.“

“I was at the location today and Kate though serious was very kind. I spilt my drink and asked for a cloth so I could clean up after myself. She stepped out immediately brought a cloth but refused to let me clean. I apologized a few times and she was very generous in her words. Told me not to worry, it happens all the time and since I spilt my drink she even got her coworkers to make me a new one. You are lucky to have staff that are sensitive and also great at not making one feel embarrassed for the accident that took place. It showed my kids great customer service and they were so happy to see someone be so kind and helpful and also going the extra mile to replace my drink at no additional cost. I usually hit another location, but I couldn’t wait until 7 AM on that side of town. By the time I got here, I knew this one would be open.

Easily the cleanest, brightest Starbucks I’ve seen inside a Safeway in Edmonton. The recent renovation shows.

Jez was working today and set the tone right away. Friendly, polite, and clearly runs a clean, organized counter. Everything just felt in order.

Quick service, no issues, and a surprisingly large seating area, one of the biggest I’ve seen in a Safeway setup.

Clean, service-minded, and well run, might have just earned a return visit.“

“this is a small kiosk inside the Safeway. it’s got less of a selection than a freestanding location would carry but great for the basics and lots of mugs and such to purchase as well.it’s run under the grocery store and staffed by their team so they do not accept tips, nor do they have the ability to use the app for points, etc. however, if you have a Starbucks gift card/prepaid card saved in your wallet app you can use that for payment.staff have always been super friendly and there’s never been much of a line or wait when I’ve been in.you grab some java and get your groceries sorted in a jiffy ☕️☺️?“

My drinks have consistently been made well (and actually look like the pictures), and if there’s ever a small delay, they communicate it instead of just ignoring you. “As a REALTOR® who lives in Windermere and works at the RE/MAX office nearby, this Starbucks has become part of my daily routine. I drive by several times a day on my way to showings, and it's my favorite place to stop for a coffee and a cup of ice water before meeting clients.

The location is fantastic and very easy to access, whether you're coming from Windermere Drive or turning off Windermere Boulevard by Superstore. There's plenty of parking, and getting in and out is quick and convenient.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great place to meet clients, catch up on emails, or simply take a short break between appointments. The staff are always friendly, the service is consistently fast, and unlike many other Starbucks locations, the drive thru and in store lines are usually very reasonable.

As someone who spends most of the day on the road, I really appreciate places that are efficient, welcoming, and consistent. This Starbucks is one of my favorite stops in southwest Edmonton, and I highly recommend it.“

Today they drew a little face on my cup which was a nice touch. Pretty sure it's supposed to be a happy face but it kinda looks like that flat mouth ambivalent nod that Canadians always do when we walk past each other lol.

This may not be huge for anyone else, but for me it was really special... a few days ago my partner and I went to a funeral home to pickup our baby that we lost at 16w1d. We decided to stop and get a coffee, he wanted a cake pop like a normal 30 year old man, and when we went up the the window the lady we spoke with (younger, wears a hijab and I think she wears glasses but I didn't have mine on and I was a little preoccupied) anyways , she handed us an extra cake pop which again may not be a lot for anyone reading this, but just the thoughtfulness and kindness we received in the drive thru it really meant a lot for us during that day.
Every time we go through the drive through here, everyone is really friendly, they're friendly to my kids and its always good vibes here. Thank you!“

“OMG 😲... they have the best lemon loaf 😋! It tastes just like the way my mom used to bake it! Another fav of mine is the ham and Swiss baguette...use the Dijon mustard for dipping...it's absolutely heavenly. The staff is so friendly and helpful. This is my go-thru place for an amazing black iced tea with lemonade, a perfect drink to cool off the hot summer nights and their café mocha to keep you warm in the winter months.“

“I think there might be more than one Starbucks. I went to the one in the US section. Service was really good, the female attendant was very patient to explain me menu items.as for what I chose for breakfast, didn't enjoy that much the egg, sausage, bacon wrap it's a little bland.

“These employees are complete rockstars for handling the rushes they get with all the students. A little while back I came by and ordered my drink, I paid and walked over to Griffins Landing to grab some food and COMPLETELY forgot about my drink. 3 hours later after studying and finishing class I realized what I had done. I went back and explained the situation and they happily re-made my drink for me even though it was my fault. Having a little bit of grace towards these employees with the workload they sift through daily is the bare minimum we can offer them. Thank you workers!“
