“Oct 31/24 Came here & ordered a grande cappuccino with an apple croissant which was made great & the warmed up croissant made it even better. Tegan was great & so was the overall service, can’t wait to come back even when I need to charge up my scooter when in the area

The Starbucks experience is sometimes a hit and miss, Kris is great but she needs to pay attention to what the customer is adding to their drink order, as the service gets better so will my review“

“Starbucks always provides a dependable coffee experience… The aroma of freshly roasted beans welcomes you as soon as you step in and the baristas are friendly and attentive… I ordered a caramel macchiato and it was perfectly balanced with rich espresso and creamy milk… The breakfast sandwich was warm and satisfying and the croissant was flaky and buttery… There is a wide selection of hot and cold drinks from classic lattes and cappuccinos to refreshing cold brew and nitro on tap… The interior at this location is modern and comfortable with plenty of seating and free WiFi so you can work or relax… Despite being busy during the morning rush the line moves quickly and orders are accurate… The team keeps the store clean and tables are wiped down regularly… Prices are fair for the quality and there are always seasonal drinks and pastries to try… This shop is a great place to meet with friends or take a quick coffee break during the day…“

“I have been going daily for roughly 5 years. I get the same thing every day, a double espresso over ice in a venti cup.
Every morning when I arrive it's on the counter. I'm greeted by one of the lovely morning staff, it's a great way to start the day.
The only reason I gave the food a three is because I'm not there for the food. I've tried one or two items and I'm just not a fan.“

“Yesterday evening I went to this location and was helped by barista Rafaela she was so amazing, I was immediately greeted at the door. She assisted me at the till and helped me to pick a drink; explaining the difference between blonde and regular espresso. It was perfectly crafted and she was so friendly. “Great service at Starbucks! I needed two travel boxes of coffee. The store was packed. Even though I hadn't pre ordered, the staff handled everything so smoothly in just 15 minutes. “This Starbucks is honestly something special. Sure, you can get typical Starbucks drinks and snacks, but it's the people who work here that make this location stand out.

The baristas are always so welcoming and friendly, especially CAT and BUCKLEY! They remember regular customers, pay attention to the little details, and somehow manage to make my visit feel personal. I've never had my order messed up, which is pretty impressive considering how often I stop by here.

Today, Buckley and Cat completely made my day. They made my favorite Roasted Coconut Cold Brew with extra cream, and it was absolutely perfect. More than that, they served it with genuine smiles, great energy, and a quick chat that put me in a better mood instantly.

It's funny how something as simple as a coffee run can brighten your day, but that's exactly what happens here. Great service, great people, and consistently delicious drinks.

If you haven't checked out this location yet, you really should. It's easily my favorite Starbucks in Edmonton. And if Buckley or Cat are working, you're in good hands—they're the coolest and truly know how to make customers feel valued.“

Today they drew a little face on my cup which was a nice touch. Pretty sure it's supposed to be a happy face but it kinda looks like that flat mouth ambivalent nod that Canadians always do when we walk past each other lol.

I usually hit another location, but I couldn’t wait until 7 AM on that side of town. By the time I got here, I knew this one would be open.

Easily the cleanest, brightest Starbucks I’ve seen inside a Safeway in Edmonton. The recent renovation shows.

Jez was working today and set the tone right away. Friendly, polite, and clearly runs a clean, organized counter. Everything just felt in order.

Quick service, no issues, and a surprisingly large seating area, one of the biggest I’ve seen in a Safeway setup.

Clean, service-minded, and well run, might have just earned a return visit.“

“I've been going here for six years to the point most staff no what I look like and always greet me by my name. I've never had a problem with service or my drinks and they always tend to your problems its super clean and there very friendly! This is my go to Starbucks!“

“Starbucks Commerce Place always serves drinks, particularly my fav dark blend coffee, as it should be - perfect. Sounds super simple, but if they do this right - you know they pay attention to how to make good coffee, and other interesting drinks.“

“I was at the location today and Kate though serious was very kind. I spilt my drink and asked for a cloth so I could clean up after myself. She stepped out immediately brought a cloth but refused to let me clean. I apologized a few times and she was very generous in her words. Told me not to worry, it happens all the time and since I spilt my drink she even got her coworkers to make me a new one. You are lucky to have staff that are sensitive and also great at not making one feel embarrassed for the accident that took place. It showed my kids great customer service and they were so happy to see someone be so kind and helpful and also going the extra mile to replace my drink at no additional cost. “this is a small kiosk inside the Safeway. it’s got less of a selection than a freestanding location would carry but great for the basics and lots of mugs and such to purchase as well.it’s run under the grocery store and staffed by their team so they do not accept tips, nor do they have the ability to use the app for points, etc. however, if you have a Starbucks gift card/prepaid card saved in your wallet app you can use that for payment.staff have always been super friendly and there’s never been much of a line or wait when I’ve been in.you grab some java and get your groceries sorted in a jiffy ☕️☺️?“

“Good Starbucks. Great location. Unfortunately they have almost no seating and it can be difficult to get a drink or a seat when they are super busy in the middle of the day. This location doesn't give stars if you're a Starbucks member like most locations on campus which can be a downside.“

“I think there might be more than one Starbucks. I went to the one in the US section. Service was really good, the female attendant was very patient to explain me menu items.as for what I chose for breakfast, didn't enjoy that much the egg, sausage, bacon wrap it's a little bland.

“These employees are complete rockstars for handling the rushes they get with all the students. A little while back I came by and ordered my drink, I paid and walked over to Griffins Landing to grab some food and COMPLETELY forgot about my drink. 3 hours later after studying and finishing class I realized what I had done. I went back and explained the situation and they happily re-made my drink for me even though it was my fault. Having a little bit of grace towards these employees with the workload they sift through daily is the bare minimum we can offer them. Thank you workers!“
