Starbucks in Wetaskiwin

“Its a Starbucks.

Clean interior, displays of cups and other items.
Will get a food item with the drink orders on the odd occasion but then that can be hit and miss with how its presented.

When we do come through, we are sometimes greeted and treated very well by one named Kat.
Lovely person and very positive and remembers who we are.

Other staff do the usual Starbucks personal compliment or greeting. When you know what they are trained to do, it doesnt feel authentic.“

“It was the only Starbucks in Wetaskiwin, so I frequently bought coffee here. I wasn’t happy with the gold status refills. The staff are all great. I’m not a local so it took sometime for that customer experience to grow lol. But some of the Baristas warmed up to me eventually. Great people.“
