I took my family to Boston pizza for lunch on Mother’s Day. I (being the mom) ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I ate half the sandwich and realized the chicken was barely cooked. Pink and jelly like. Pretty much warmed up. I returned it to the kitchen, turned off of eating at all, knowing I would be sick later. I confirmed with the manager, she reassured me that it definitely was not cooked. I spent my Mother’s Day evening/night violently ill. Thank you Boston pizza.
Terrible (well non-existent) service - after being seated for 15 minutes in the middle of a quiet afternoon, no one had come to even take our drink order, yet a server had walked by us and looked at us 3 times. When we went to the back we found staff just standing around. We left, very disappointed and hungry.
