To knowingly hand your customers not 1 but 2 paper straws because you are aware they are ‘too thin’ to drink the very high priced milkshake through, is real horrible business. Either get straws to properly drink the product you are selling or take it off the menu so people can stop unknowingly wasting their money.
I was in at this location around 730pm, on October 4, 2022. I ordered a large Oreo dirt pie blizzard with cookie dough added. I was eating my blizzard and once I got near the bottom, there was a KNOB!!!!! Yes a knob in my blizzard. Then tried to call them and the phone rang for over 5 minutes before I hung up!!!!!
It was filthy inside and out.
