One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Food and service was absolutely terrible. Low quality for outrageous prices. Manager said I had to pay for the gross meal that I couldn’t eat.
Do not try to use Jeffrey’s for catering. We tried from at least October of 2023 (probably sooner) to May of 2024 to get them to answer us regarding catering for our wedding and they completely ghosted us. We had to cancel our venue because Jeffrey’s has the catering rights over it and we could not get in touch with them. Many emails, phone calls and social media shoutouts were left unheard, I even went in person and spoke to someone and they still wouldn’t get back to me!
