Very happy to have a Second Cup location in Eastlink Centre. The service is always exceptional & the coffee always fresh - I like mine plain, and have never had a bad cup! They have a selection of good quality teas as well (not many places in Grande Prairie do, imo), and a decent selection of snacks. Great place, great ambiance!
This is truly a wonderful place to enjoy a great cup of coffee, grab a snack, and feel genuinely welcomed. The customer service is outstanding. The owner/operator and his entire team are friendly, professional, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile for their customers.
What really stands out is the way they treat people with respect, kindness, and genuine care. You can tell that customer satisfaction is not just a slogan here; it is a priority.
