Starbucks in Grande Prairie

“They are always great at Resources Starbucks! I have tried other coffee shops, but it seems like they overprice their specialty coffees and you get way less than you bargained for and are not up to the standards as Starbucks. Thank you ladies and gentlemen at Resources Starbucks!!!“

“I did not get food, and the atmosphere speaks for itself as this location is inside a Safeway grocery store. The service was exceptional due to the fact that the cashier took the time to help me with a gift card that was part of an app on my phone. I'm old school, and I find cash easier to use. Think I'll remain old school. ?“

“The Barista who served me this morning was an absolute angel 😇 she was incredibly sweet happy an bubbly. She gave my little guy a free cake pop for his birthday an it made his entire day, so thank you so much for fhat!!! Not sure her name but she was a brunette wit bright pink make up on her cheeks. “Stopped in here a few days ago while scouting locations around Grande Prairie and honestly it might have been the highlight of my afternoon. The natural light coming through the front windows was gorgeous around midday, perfect for anyone who appreciates good lighting. The staff were genuinely friendly without being over the top, and my latte was one of the better ones I have had in a while. I will definitely be making this a regular stop whenever I am back in the area.“

“I was having the worst morning, lots of tears due to personal reasons. When I pulled up to the drive through window the lady works there (red hair, was up in a pony tail) saw that I was obviously upset. She asked if I was ok and had so much compassion in her voice, then she went and gave me a cookie (which I didn’t order) along with my coffee and said hope this cookie makes your day a little brighter. You have no idea how much that cookie did make my day better, And you have no idea how much a little bit of compassion and understanding goes so far so thank you so much to that employee you made my day that much better ❤️❤️❤️❤️ **edit I spoke to her today and her name is Kirsten** sorry if it’s spelt wrong!“

“I was having a bad day earlier this week and came to get Starbucks.
Lily was the absolute sweetest and totally made my day! She told me about the sugar free caramel (delicious and now my favourite syrup to use in drinks - waaay better than the sugar free vanilla) and we made jokes while we waited for my food.
