“Had dinner here last night food was great my lil nephews wanted the same as last night for breakfast today but bacon wasn’t crispy as requested & the strawberries & cream wasn’t presented the same to the kids weren’t as happy. My veggie bowl for breakfast was a bit on the cooler side of warm. Our server this morning was absolutely wonderful. Thank you“
“Today February 3 2024 . Was not a better day for service or coffee .lol. Coffee is old and strongly chewable , not good for asthmatics, I had to drink a sip of water to wash my sip down . So a second sip of water did not help . Coffee is too strong and old! I sent it back just drinking water now. No dry coffing now. I had to wait for our server to stop counting change , come take my order at least 10 minutes or longer ? No Coffee, no eating . Just sat and watched mom , have Clam , chowder , I sat and read the menu , front to back 2-1/2 times and still waited only to say it took to long to order so. Water is all I am having I can cook myself dinner in the same time I waited today. Oh well , this place , was really - really , 2 of us 1 other person came in while we where here . Nice place.Really though places like this should think about how their customers feel , when they are ignored because they are busy doing other things . Obviously places as this one the have different views on customer service. Places like this thrive regardless of a the customer's. Lol .“
