“My husband and I stopped in last Friday evening after a long day of sightseeing around Jasper, and Evil Dave's turned out to be the perfect ending to our trip. The smoky ribs we ordered were absolutely fall-off-the-bone tender, easily some of the best we've had in years of traveling. Our server was so warm and attentive, checking in on us without being intrusive, which really made us feel welcome. We're already planning to make it a regular stop whenever we come through Jasper again.“

“We were a little apprehensive judging by the existing reviews… and found it Surprisingly reasonable service and good food. Definitely justifies a 4+.

“We stayed at Jasper Inn and Suites for five nights this past week. We ate at the grill four times for dinner and for Saturday breakfast. The food and cocktails were great, and the service was always attentive. We bonded with the staff, and they seemed to really care about us. I highly recommend this place.“

“When planning our trip to Jasper I really relied on reviews since we had never been! This place was GREAT. Wonderful views from the restaurant, super helpful staff, and delicious food. Also, they had delicious drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). The drive up to the restaurant is beautiful (about 15 min from main strip in Jasper). Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.“
