“The GOAT of sandwich shops — If you go to Jasper, grab a sandwich and have a chat with Dustin. What an incredibly passionate, world travelled (You can strike up a conversation in English, Japanese or Spanish!), knowledgeable and down right interesting man. We could have chatted with him all day. We gave him free range based off of our preferences for our sandwiches and I would have never thought to pair some of the ingredients together — a true masterpiece.“
“Absolutely wonderful place that felt very cozy. The waitress was so attentive and kind. Her recommendations were on point and the freebie items of the bison tartar and the carrot and chive biscuit were delicious.The chef has made it so that most of the menu is gluten free, which I think is pretty cool. The bison striploin was scrumptious and to die for. They do have a plant based option on the lentil meatloaf which I thought was pretty well seasoned and very delicious.The desserts were out of this world! The goat cheese cheesecake with blackberries was so good that it tasted like an elevated version of an Oreo cheesecake. And the creme brule of the day was spoon-licking good.Overall, it is a place that you have to visit and have a dinner at least once! It's pretty romantic too, so bring your date!“

“I can only review the front desk as we ordered out. We were traveling with our dog. Super friendly. My husband and I ordered the meatball sandwiches. Omg I'm still thinking about them. The meatball were so good and the sauce was delicious. The sandwiches were huge I made pasta with the leftovers that night for supper. Can't wait for our next trip to Jasper we will definitely go back to this place!“

“We found the other paw bakery while roaming around downtown Jasper. It’s a wonderful place for breakfast. We had chicken little sandwich (nothing was little in that!, it was so filling in my tummy) and sticky buns (for the sweet tooth) And as always, A cup of masala chai ☕️“
“Reservation was 6, got seated at around 6:15. Food did taste very good, and I recommend the bison short ribs but the price did outweigh the quality heavily. However, service was good and the atmosphere was unmatched seeing the mighty mountains of jasper right outside the window. Also recommend the ice cream place next door for dessert.“
