“We are SO very lucky to have a restaurant like The Old Grind here in Hinton. The location is perfect for locals as well as visitors. The food is ALWAYS so tasty and fresh. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I appreciate how much Mel and Carl give back to the community in food donations and support. This place really is a gem and a well-known hangout for locals and welcoming to people just passing through too.“

“This Tim Horton’s location is very convenient because it is located beside a Shell gas station. Had a good experience with the staff every time I come here, they are consistently very pleasant and polite. Order a pack of timbits and it was serve fresh everytime too.“

“Huge shoutout to the staff on Sunday morning June 7 approximately 1030 a.m. The coffee machines were not working. There were several customers waiting for drinks, not considering the lineup outside. The young man at the counter was new, and handled himself with Grace. The young tall man who was in charge was running the show, stayed on top of everything, coached the new guy and made sure every customer was taken care of. The wait was longer as they had to do pour overs for every coffee. The coffee was wonderful and we did not mind waiting. I’m sorry I did not get their names, but they know who they are. Thanks ! we stop in twice a year, on our way home from Jasper. See you again soon♥♥“

“We have stopped here for 3 coffees and a soft drink. The prices were very cheap. There was enough space to get a table and it looked very clean. Also the toilets were very clean. Parking outside enough for motorcycles, cars and campervans. Enough choises for good food for fair prices.“
