Huge shoutout to the staff on Sunday morning June 7 approximately 1030 a.m. The coffee machines were not working. There were several customers waiting for drinks, not considering the lineup outside. The young man at the counter was new, and handled himself with Grace. The young tall man who was in charge was running the show, stayed on top of everything, coached the new guy and made sure every customer was taken care of. The coffee machine needs to be cleaned more frequently please! The service was very helpful and friendly!
Slowest service in the history of Starbucks. If there are 3 cars in line you are easily waiting 20 mins. I do not understand how it can be so slow. Quality of the beverages is fine.
