Im leaning a review for Jonah. He is so personable and friendly. He memorized customers names.
The service overall can be a bit slow, which im used to now, But Jonah always acknowledges it and apologizes which i appreciate. He is such a fabulous asset there.
Everyone else is kind too, no harm to them but Jonah is a shining star.

I normally give places the benefit of the doubt but this is really just crazy. When is enough enough, and when will management pick up the slack.
I’ve been going to this Starbucks for years, seen employee turnover and experienced issues with new ones but nothing comes close to comparing to how absolutely terrible the service has gotten recently.
