“As an Aussie traveller, finding proper coffee in Canada can sometimes feel like a personal pilgrimage (too often it’s brown water and UHT cream 😅). With our original destination closed, we took a chance on Otto’s — and what a find. Opened in May 2025, it’s part café, part provisions store, walls stacked with an eclectic mix of quality goods. I ordered a strong flat white and avo toast, and what arrived could’ve come straight out of a laneway café in Melbourne. The coffee was smooth and strong, the toast fresh, herby, crunchy, and beautifully put together. Great job team Otto — you’ve set the bar high for Jasper“

“Located in the entrance of the Lobsticks Hotel. Starbucks feeling. Ideal for a quick coffee and snacks to go or eat on site. Prices are completely ok for local conditions. In the morning we came over from the neighboring hotel Chateau Jasper for a quick breakfast before skiing. Not set up like a coffee shop in that sense. You sit at a counter in front of the window on high chairs or in the seating area of ​​the hotel foyer.“
