One Sushi offers excellent food and a friendly, peaceful atmosphere, making it a must-visit spot in Jasper. The menu features a variety of options, including the popular "Amazing Roll," Chirashi Don, and other items like Korean Jaeyuk dupbob and Don Kotsu ramen. However, the portion sizes of Chirashi Don may be smaller than expected. The restaurant is clean, with a nice ambiance, making it a great place to dine with friends or solo. The staff provides attentive service, with friendly servers who create a welcoming atmosphere. One Sushi also has vegetarian options and is known for quick food preparation. With affordable prices and a convenient location, it remains a top choice for sushi lovers and those craving diverse flavors.
