Stopped in at Tekarra Lodge on a weeknight after a long drive through the park and honestly wasn't expecting the dining room to be that full on a quiet Tuesday. The elk tenderloin was cooked perfectly and the view of the Athabasca River valley through the big windows made the wait for our table totally worth it. Stopped in at Tekarra Lodge on Saturday afternoon while road tripping through from Ontario and honestly it was one of the best meals we had in Jasper. We sat on the patio looking out over the valley and the view alone was worth the drive, but the elk bourguignon was fantastic too.
