Tekarra Restaurant

Beautiful find in Jasper NP. Dinner, dessert, breakfast - lovely meals, cozy restaurant and very personal waiting staff. We even had an unexpected visitor to our table. Do need reservations, even if it's not busy.

Tekarra lodge restaurant This is a favorite spot of ours. One of those relaxed mountain romantic experiences. Admittedly it's been sa while since we have been there. I was disappointed. Their old fashioned cocktail was incredibly watery - even with a solid round ice cube. The Lemony Snicket was well done and very enjoyable. As we were staying on the property we decided to dine at the restaurant. The staff were excellent, the food spectacular and the prices reasonable for the quality of the food. Two had the meatloaf with seasonal veg, one had the free run chicken and one the ravioli. We asked our lovely French waitress if she could pass on our thanks to the chef as we really appreciated the effort he put in including the desserts which were possibly the best we have had.
