The food was very good but predictable for a steak restaurant. There wasn’t much imagination or excitement there. Also we made a reservation months in advance for the views and they talked us out of the restaurant and into the bar because it was crowded apparently. This is a restaurant in a very fancy hotel… but the bar is trying to be young and club like. If this is confusing to you it was to us as well. We were here celebrating getting engaged and had Emily as our server.
First off, she’s fantastic! Personable, has great recommendations and knows the menu onside and out. I have a weird food allergy and she made sure to check with the chefs to make sure there were no risks which was appreciated.

We were excited to eat here as the menu and atmosphere seemed excellent. Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed as we waited 20 minutes before anyone ever greeted us. Tess was very nice and accommodating although I don’t believe we were even sat in her section. The scallops unfortunately came out cold, which was quite disappointing. The steak was good. I expected more overall given the prices.
