Had both dinner and lunch here while staying at the Chateau. The food was perfectly done and delicious. Between the four of us we enjoyed the lobster roll, fish & chips, sirloin, elk ribs and salad. We had an incredible experience dining on our 25th Anniversary! Valentina was our waitress and she went above and beyond to make the experience special! The food was delicious and the presentation was artistic! The view was absolutely incredible! Kudos to the Fairmont team who made this day so memorable for us! We are truly grateful!
