After a hike around Lake Louise, it's good to relax to a Salted caramel hot chocolate with a chocolate twist and a chocolate chip cookie. Everything was del8cioys. Staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough!! From couple of days before our stay and up to the end, they made us feel welcomed and taken care of! Celtie, our concierge was always helpful. Additionally, they upgraded our room and we had a fabulous view of Lake Louise. We’ll definitely be coming back here!
It's the Fairmont, near the lake, open to tourists, of course it will be crowded. But the coffee is soo good! The vanilla oat milk latte is the perfect balance of nutty, sweet, and a hint of chocolate. They use a special oat milk that we don't have in the States.
