“We stopped at Ruby Restaurant for dinner on our way home from our lake cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. We'll be making it a regular stop in the future. We ordered ginger beef, dry ribs, shrimp in a mayonnaise sauce, and chicken fried rice. We would recommend every one of these dishes. The shrimp dish was especially good. Largest shrimp we have ever had in a Chinese restaurant. Plump & juicy and the flavour of the creamy sauce was delicious. The owners are very happy, friendly people. We felt like guests in their home. If you don't live in the area it's well worth a drive in the country to visit this place.“
