They have some snacks there, no food yet but you can bring food in or order in there through local businesses! Great idea. Cant wait to go back. Monthly crib tournaments also! Come check them out”

“A lovely hidden gem in Leduc. The patio is gorgeous and lively in the summer. The interior reminds me of the Keg. Trendy, moody decor and a lively atmosphere. I always sit at the bar it is beautiful and the bartenders are always awesome at recommending drinks (especially during happy hour). The wings aren't the best, but the menu as a whole is fantastic. I have loved everything else I have had on there. Can't wait to visit again!”

“We got into Edmonton Airport late from Mexico and were craving a good pizza. We ordered from Royal as they had good reviews and I am happy to add another one. They were very pleasant on the phone, and even mentioned we were able to receive a 10% discount because of our hotel. The food arrived in good time and it was piping hot and was delicious. The pizza was smothered in yummy cheese and had ample toppings, the cheese bread with meat sauce was so good!! The wings came crispy (sauce on the side) and were also very good. Highly recommend this place!!!”

“Absolutely the worst Chinese food I ever ate...so called chop suey was nothing but bean sprouts in a watery broth with a couple of shrimp tossed in, deep fried prawns were almost all batter, the same with chicken balls. You had to pry the obnoxious batter off to find a tiny morsel of meat. Egg rolls were the same battered attrocity. I couldn't find anything in them worth eating. I spent $125.00 on unedited garbage...NEVER AGAIN! S”

“Came in with my Mom today and was greeted immediately. The store owner is so kind and genuine. Her energy is warm and she is very knowledgeable. She was bouncing around helping multiple customers out and did it with such ease and grace. The store itself is full of amazing top quality brands and a great selection of everything you could need! We picked up liquid iron, chlorophyll, natural soap, a parasite cleanse and pomegranate juice. 10/10 recommend.”

We each ordered the chicken & mango with rice base.

The portion is big! Neither one of us could finish our meal so we have leftovers for tomorrow.

The food was fresh and tasty.

This is now our favorite Japanese place to go.

Pick-up might be best for most since the eating area is very limited.

“MUST EAT HERE!!!! Stayed at the Comfort Inn in Nisku and decided we would order in. Found this place online and figured we'd try it as everything was closing down. Food came in a timely manner. It was HOT on arrival, like burn your mouth hot. We had 3 different pizzas and cheese sticks. All of which were to die for. Best sauce and dough! 10/10 would recommend.”

Amazing authentic beef broth, the salad rolls were delicious, peanut sauce was so tasteful. I am definitely going to bring all my family and friends to try! I noticed lots of take out orders, so I'm going to try that next. The inside of the place has a family restaurant vibe, with basic tables and chairs, so if you are looking for fancy or elegant, this is not that. The good cuisine however makes up for it. I'm so happy I tried this place.”

Virgin olive oil, and naturally oily fish are anti inflammatories to the brain; while vegetable fats sugar salts are destructive to the brain and the heart. Chopped leaf is the best because it's the Mediterranean diet, proven by research as the best healthiest diet, brown rice not white is too, that's at chopped leaf. Chicken, nuts is protein and good for yo. Freshii is also good in a similar way. Half the plate should be fresh natural leafy greens, a quarter protein such as nuts, chicken, beef, a quarter carbs.”
