“Five stars doesn’t seem like enough. We stopped in for dinner during a road trip with our family of six. Our food was fresh and hot and they got every modification right. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A staff member, Gopal, went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice experience and our autistic kids were happy. I didn’t get the female employees name but she was also wonderful. The restaurant and bathrooms were perfectly clean and disability friendly. We were surprised to hear they were short staffed because it was probably the best experience we’ve had in a McDonald’s. We’ll definitely stop in again when driving through Leduc. (PS. I kind of regret not taking a picture of my kids with Gopal. ?)
Kid-friendliness: The staff was amazing!!! Extremely friendly and kind to my special needs kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: The space between tables was unusually large and perfect for those with mobility issues. The washrooms also had ample space.“
“Try to avoid going near here around 3 pm on weekdays. It gets absolutely flooded by loud high schoolers. It's also a popular spot for said high schoolers to skip classes around 10 am, considering there was at least 25 in there with their backpacks and everything for over an hour while i was having breakfast yesterday. Otherwise, I've been here about three times now, and it's a pretty standard mcdonalds. Fast service as far as I can tell so far. Also... be mindful of the coffee and consider checking it before you drink it. Mine had a greasy film over the top and the cream seemed to seperate, which was not improved even after stirring.“
“Service by the sweetest person named Helen. who gave us the best experience I've ever had. The food was season and sauced perfectly and the fries tasted amazing and they were warm. Super impressed nothing was cold I would say this is the best service I've had any McDonald's for my entire life of 28 years.“
