Can't get enough of their coffee. I may have a mild addiction
I used to come through often and never have an issue with the staff until today. I went through drive thru and tried leaving the left over of a gift card for the next inline. The lady at the window was rude about the idea and was like so throw it out. I just said forget about it and she was very short with me, when giving me the remainder of my order. Will not post her name for privacy reasons. However just over all not happy woth my experience today

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company on the Northside of Lethbridge is a magical establishment where the love and connection given by the amazing people is the reason customers come in every day. The workers are super friendly, especially the main mans Jihoo and Miles, who make the best frappes in Lethbridge at any time of day. One customer had a crappy day, but a barista with an embroidered heart on her apron noticed something was wrong and asked if they were doing OK. That simple gesture made them feel a bit better. Another customer mixed up their order, but the team was super helpful while helping them resolve the issue. The staff know names, know what customers drink, and greet them upon entry, making everyone feel like family. One customer ordered a Matcha Latte and later noticed a hand drawn dog on the cup. Three weeks prior, they had to put their dog to sleep, whose name was also Matcha. That drawing made their entire week. The drink was delicious as always.
