“These folks are top notch! We came in with our daughter and her two little boys, enjoyed a nice ice cream treat. We went to leave and realized she misplaced her keys. Came back in and they helped us look all over, even under her van! Couldn’t find them anywhere. Finally they looked at the security cameras and realized a customer behind us with his family accidentally picked them up. They were trying to figure out how to identify and contact him, when he realized he had someone else’s keys and brought them back. Some businesses wouldn’t have even tried to help, but these folks went above and beyond!!“

“We have loved your ice cream, DQ Lloyd! We tell our friends which DQ’s to avoid because they have “watered down” their ice cream recipe!! Until yesterday, June 2, 2026: we noticed a change in consistency! We hope you don’t have to go there!! We would rather pay a bit more for the real deal, than lose our favorite ice cream spot!! There are very few of you good ones left!“
