“I just did the drive thru. I asked for a large bucket of all dark meat chicken. They said it would take some time but I was willing to wait. One of the girls was nice enough to come out to my truck part way through and explain why it was taking so long, and even offered me a beverage. I thought she went the extra mile for her customer service. I wish I had got her name so that I could have mentioned it here so she could be recognized because I think it is taken for granted sometimes.“
