“I had a beautiful experience getting a sub over the long weekend. The sandwich artist was so pleasant and made a very artfully stacked sub and then when we were finished asked us how our sandwiches were and wished us a nice evening. Just a really pleasant interaction!

“I’ve had some issues here in the past, but nothing that completely turned me off from giving it another shot. Back in the area after several years (about 7), I decided to stop in again—and I’m glad I did.
The place was spotless, the staff was friendly, and even though it was quite busy, they stayed polite and professional while keeping things moving efficiently. I ordered one of the value deals, which was reasonably priced and fit exactly what I needed.

Compared to my last visit, there’s been a clear improvement all around. Great to see the positive changes—definitely worth a revisit.“

“This is by far the best Dairy Queen in Medicine Hat. They do the best baskets of French fries . You get what you pay for. The other skimp out. They also have always been super helpful when we ask to customize our icecream cakes .

“The people were very friendly, and I was very hungry… not only did I leave there feeling satisfied but as soon as entered the atmosphere I felt welcomed. “My husband got a sub from here because I'm gluten intolerant. I had to order from Edo.
I have to say the quality of his sub was far better than the subway on Redcliff Dr SW. We will never go back to the Redcliff Dr location.
Furthermore, the staff at this location here are phenomenal. I should have gotten the gentleman's name but he was the friendliest person I have ever run into and so relatable. Thank you for such good service!!!“

“Ordered a ice cream sheet cake about four days prior pickup the lady that helped me was extremely helpful with all the details i needed (sorry i forgot her name). When I picked up they had it in a big box with ice to insure it would stay cold for my hour drive home. It arrived without thawing and lettering was not smeared a bit. Thank you guys. AWESOME JOB!!“

“Who doesn’t like KFC. This one is actually one of the better once I found. Never really had a bad experience there, especially since they renovated the place. Staff has always been friendly and Teuta sure makes it an experience. Friendly and accommodating…. When you are reasonable.
Food has been hot and fresh, sometimes you might have to wait a couple minutes but it’s not a TH drive through for a double double either.
Will eat there again.

“We were very happy with our impromptu visit to this A & W!
We happen to be in the Hat for hockey and were starving for lunch. We stopped by the trusty restaurant with our coupons in hand. Mailed to our home sometime over the last couple weeks.
We were pleasantly surprised at the order station that the #CalgaryFlames were playing that night and Mama Burger meals were $7 because of it!!
We all had the same thing and an order of delicious onion rings. 😋“

“The staff here are awesome and the best sandwich I've ever had from anywhere was made by them. I appreciated their lighthearted attitudes and jokes they told while assembling my order. Instead of being frustrated or judging me for being specific about how I like my food, they offered options that I didn't know were available (like double toasting) and went above and beyond to ensure my sandwich was *exactly* how I would enjoy it. The staff were respectful of customers and each other and they worked together well. The restaurant was also very clean.

This is, by far, the best Subway I have experienced in Alberta. They really seem to care about providing positive experiences to customers and truly understand that one of the draws of Subway is the customization options.

This property could improve its accessibility, like with a powered door and convenient curb cut. However, as a disabled person, at no point did I feel the staff were unwelcoming or treating me any differently than they treated my able-bodied companions. As well, the app is a huge pain and it would be really nice if their pricing didn't make coupons and app deals so vital (which isn't unique to this location.)“

This man gave me unlimited refills and to put a cherry on top he gave us the best suckered on this planet. If you are in need of food or a good friend I highly recommend this place.“
