“Last couple years since the new ownership, service quality, speed of service and consistency of products has drastically fallen. Our Artic Swirls are all to often not mixed fully, sometimes with half the cup being straight ice cream. Cups not topped up, this one tonight was an inch shy of the rim. Product is still decent, what's the point of ordering a large size if you get the same product as the smaller size. Quality control is a major issue. Hopefully you can bring it back to where it once was.“

“**Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt** was the perfect stop for a girls' night out with my daughter!
Oh my goodness... this place is absolutely delicious. There was a fantastic selection of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings, so it was easy to create exactly what we were craving. Everything looked fresh, and the store was spotless, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The prices were very reasonable for the quality and variety, and every bite was amazing. It was the perfect sweet treat to enjoy while spending time together.
If you're looking for a clean, welcoming place with delicious frozen yogurt and lots of topping choices, I highly recommend Tutti Frutti. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Medicine Hat!“

“This is by far the best Dairy Queen in Medicine Hat. They do the best baskets of French fries . You get what you pay for. The other skimp out. They also have always been super helpful when we ask to customize our icecream cakes .

“Ordered a ice cream sheet cake about four days prior pickup the lady that helped me was extremely helpful with all the details i needed (sorry i forgot her name). When I picked up they had it in a big box with ice to insure it would stay cold for my hour drive home. It arrived without thawing and lettering was not smeared a bit. Thank you guys. AWESOME JOB!!“

“Wonderful ice cream! Wonderful staff! They are so friendly and patient - my kids wanted to try samples and watch them dish out and they were so sweet to accommodate. I even went back the next day with a bag of ice in hand to bring some of the incredible ice cream home with us (3 hours away 😁).“
