“I'm not understanding all the negative reviews. I'm a very frequent visitor to this location and have been met with friendly to very friendly service, albeit one time.This location can be very busy and by some reviews it sounds to be true. If you don't have 10 minutes to spare, then don't ever go to a Starbucks. It takes time to make drinks, and maybe every vehicle isn't ordering just one drink. Last week was the first time I've ever had to wait over 5 to 10 minutes in their drive thru; 15 minutes, big deal, I love my Sugar Cookie Oat Latte, what can I say!As for staff, they are humans just like you and sometimes you have bad days too. Let's have a little more care and compassion in our dealing with those that are serving us! Just maybe, they will make your day a little brighter if you do the same for them first!Remember service with a smile? Well that goes for us customers as well! It's a funny thing how self-centric we can become at times.“
“I've been through the drive-through here a couple of times and each time is just as good as the last.
