Subway in Medicine Hat

“The young lady who served me today at the Maple Ave location in Medicine Hat was extremely polite and provided excellent quick customer service. And the sandwich she put together for me was fantastic. I will absolutely be returning in the near future.“

“I had a beautiful experience getting a sub over the long weekend. The sandwich artist was so pleasant and made a very artfully stacked sub and then when we were finished asked us how our sandwiches were and wished us a nice evening. Just a really pleasant interaction!

I have to say the quality of his sub was far better than the subway on Redcliff Dr SW. We will never go back to the Redcliff Dr location.

“Hadn't been to Subway in years, but was pleasantly surprised with the updated menu. Ordered the footlong Cubano combo with drink and cookies from the drive through. Service was fast and friendly. Total was just under $19 but compared to other fast food options in this area and what you get, I thought it was fairly reasonable. The cookies have always been kind of subpar, but the sandwich more than made up for it. Will definitely give Subway another try.“

“I’ve been coming to this Subway regularly, mainly at night, and the service is always top-notch when Heather, Vanessa, Aaron, and Ryder are working. The shop is spotless, everyone is super friendly, and I’ve never had a single issue with any of the sandwiches they make.
That being said, I have noticed things can be a bit inconsistent on other nights. Some of the newer employees could definitely use a little more practice and guidance with making the subs properly. It is also hard not to notice when a couple of the newer girls are just standing around while the rest of the team is working themselves to the bone. You can just tell it puts an unfair amount of stress on those hardworking folks who are trying to keep everything running smoothly.
It would be wonderful to see everyone on the team jumping in and sharing the workload equally, especially with all the great effort Heather, Vanessa, Aaron, and Ryder put in every shift!“
