“I absolutely love the Ice Hut! Their ice cream has yet to disappoint our family and their sizing vs price is well worth the stop. For $12 both my son and I got to enjoy delicious ice cream in a waffle cone with more than enough to share with others. Amazing staff and customer service. Especially when a toddler is yelling out his order constantly when they are working at filling a customers order. The girl who was helping today was cheerful and polite and most of all patient. Thanks for another great ice cream date Ice Hut! We will for sure be back many times this summer ❤️“

“I ordered online and was a little upset that I couldn't get my favourite frozen treat, a peanut buster parfait. I proceeded to get a blizzard and in the 'special instructions' I mentioned that I couldn't get the PBP...Lo and behold, upon delivery, the lovely people at DQ had included a PBP for me!! They are amazing people!!“

“Just have to give these guys 5 stars, I ordered on the mobile app food for from thr wrong location because GPS was showing me the wrong closest one. Anyways I was with my 3 year old on a tight schedule but I had already paid for my order and when we got to the Erin Ridge location obviously the food wasn’t ready because the order didn’t go to that location. I begged them if they could just remake the order as my 3 year old was waiting and we had an appt across the street. Took a little bit of negotiating and time but she did end up granted me the order without having to pay again and the chef stated the order right away and was so understanding, he even made my son a paper crane that he couldn’t stop playing with, thanks guys for accommodating my mistake. You saved the day. And tell your chef he’s awesome.“
