“On the most part this location is great with service and food. The drinks are usually on point. Unfortunately, the reason for the four stars, is that on occasion there will be times that drinks aren’t made to order, or something is missed. For example, hot chocolate on a rare occasion can be watery, the flavoured latte’s sometimes end up having zero flavour or very minimal and the coffee sometimes isn’t made as ordered.When the error is mentioned later on, the employees are very eager to offer replacements and sometimes that’s definitely required, which is what brings this rating up to a four. Otherwise, when you order something, you’re in a hurry and can’t come back, it can be disappointing receiving something that you pay for and end up having to throw it out because the taste just doesn’t cut it.As mentioned previously, this is something that happens once in awhile and on the most part this location is usually good.“

“Wheelchair accessibility: Though there is wheelchair accessibility, there is little concern shown for those with other mobility devices. I often come in with my cane and order for my wife or family. Every time, they set out my drinks and seem to expect me to carry out my drinks and use my cane at the same time.
Might want to include this in the handicap training.“

“I love coming here because the staff are always laughing and smiling. even if they are short staffed they always make sure they give their best service. I love also the music they are playing inside the store
