“This Tim's is my daily stop during the lunch break, and I always order coffee with either food, either baked goods. My orders are always accurate, and even though I know how busy it gets, I always get a clear, friendly and warm communication from all team members. Today they made me feel special 😃😃 because they recognized my voice while taking order, and Tristan, Kiran and Busra handed me Guest Recognition Card, which expresses appreciation to customers....what a great way to show how small things and people make a difference!
