“I’ve been to this Tim Hortons location twice now, and both visits have been great! ☕ The coffee was always hot, freshly brewed, and tasted exactly how I like my Double-Double—just like the ones I usually get at Tim Hortons in Edmonton.

“Tim Hortons is actually elite. I go in for “just a coffee” and somehow leave with a coffee, a donut, a wrap, and zero regrets. The iced capp? Life-changing. The Timbits? Dangerous. I tell myself I’ll only have one… yeah right.

The staff are always fast and friendly, even when the line looks like it wraps around the building. They move like it’s the playoffs and they’re down by one. Coffee is always on point, food hits every time, and it just feels like home but with better snacks.

10/10 would accidentally spend money here again.“

“The staff at this location are always so wonderful! I order my I coffee here every day and they are always very accommodating. I have celiac disease and they always take extra care to clean the ice cap machine so I don’t get sick from cross contamination. “This is one of the best locations in the southeast, always fresh. And when you ask for cream and sugar, it's not a gamble, you're actually getting what you expect.

A lot of coffee tastes burnt these days and Tim Hortons is not what it used to be. So it's hard to find a location that you want to go back to.

“The staff members at this tim Hortons are very patient and loyal. The food and beverages are as good as any other Tim's while they serve much larger crowds and lines than usual. A youth conference of over 300 people was hosted at MRU next to other people on campus, and I was impressed by the patience the staff had for the number of youth and young adults that built up every day throughout the week. The lay out of the area is also suitable and comfortable for the amount of space they have to use. As for all the negative reviews that are listed here, you cannot expect a smaller sized Tim's branch with only a few workers in such a large university to serve hundreds of students so quickly. They always make sure you get what you paid for, and that it is made correctly. Do the math between hundreds of students, and only about 3-5 staff members. If they were always in more of a big rush the orders would most likely either get mixed up, or their would be some mistake with your order.

Give them some grace and patience, they deserve it.“

“I get a coffee everyday before work at the SHC Hospital and the ladies on my shift 3:00-11:00 pm are the sweetest and most amazing, helpful women. They know what I want when they see me in line and it’s ready before I get to the till. If I work an overnight shift the kitchen staff are lovely also.“
