“Tim Hortons is actually elite. I go in for “just a coffee” and somehow leave with a coffee, a donut, a wrap, and zero regrets. The iced capp? Life-changing. The Timbits? Dangerous. I tell myself I’ll only have one… yeah right.

The staff are always fast and friendly, even when the line looks like it wraps around the building. They move like it’s the playoffs and they’re down by one. Coffee is always on point, food hits every time, and it just feels like home but with better snacks.

This team is incredibly efficient, even when busy due to the location, they always manage to keep things moving smoothly with little to no time wait, while also keeping a smile on their faces. It’s very evident how hard this team works, and how well they all work together.

What really stands out to me and my coworkers is the attitude of the team. Like I said, they always have a smile on their faces and treat customers with respect, kindness and above all…lots of patience. This team maintains a positive environment while still meeting high standards!!

This employee named Vince explained that he should be patient as they have a pretty long line up and that everyone was waiting as well(its true). “Always get drive thru here in the mornings! They are always extremely quick, order has always been correct!! Customer service can feel a bit rushed and a bit loud in the mornings, but other than that, super convenient location and a solid Tim’s location in general.“

Everyone was polite and happy to attend costumers. We have a family member with dietary restrictions and Jennifer (supervisor) was absolutely great in promptly coming to talk to me and accommodating the need.

“I have been a regular customer at this location of Tim Hortons for quite some time, and I am always impressed by the consistent quality and quick service. “This is one of the restaurant that have a great experience thus far better than the ones in BC. There was a free sampling the other day and it was serve by Nima and she was very hospitable and kind. So I went and some buy a food and the guy who was making my food was a bit serious at first glance but he gave warm smile and made sure everything is alright with my order is complete. The service staff that work in the Tim’s drive Thru do not get enough credit for how challenging their job can be.
Fast paced, lots of information coming in from all directions, impatient morning customers and the early early mornings.

“These guys are great, quick, organized, and consistently on top of things. The place is always clean and well maintained. My only downside is that the parking lot can get pretty chaotic in the mornings; it’s small and fills up fast, so getting in and out can take a few extra minutes.“

“This is a chain so take this review knowing to expect that it should be the same at all Tim locations. I’ve been here many times and usually get a medium dark roast with 3 oat milk, 2 Splenda. I also frequent the downtown locations. The farmers bacon breakfast wrap is my fave item. I rarely get donuts or sweets but have had the cookies and timbits. Standard sugar coated dough balls. Nothing unique here. I do enjoy the summer seasonal drinks. Service is good but the business model is based on high turnover. I have found that many locations aren’t as efficient as they could be and often gave huge lineups at certain times of day. An overall reliable place for a wrap or bagel or snack. You can find a Tim’s almost anywhere in Canada when travelling so the reliability and comfort of knowing what to expect is a bonus for many.“
