Usually very kind but their mobile order system has gone so downhill. Ordered a bottled drink and a wrap. I came 15mins after i ordered and it wasnt ready, I had to wait 35 minutes in total and even then I was showing the lady and she blanklessly stared at me then prioritized someone 20+ order numbers after me ??? LOL Told her Ive been waiting a bit long and she was still taking her time giving out the order didnt apologize for the wait at all Worst experience Ive ever had
This place is really nice as long as you avoid busy times (ESPECIALLY lunch). I always do and the line is really manageable (wait time is 10 min max, including getting the food). Also the food is way better when rush hour has passed.

Very typical Timmies location. Food is consistent in my experience, though wait times are extremely long. Recommend ordering in advance. Mobile order pickup can be difficult as staff do not have the time to ask what you’re waiting for when you get to the counter. Staff are very friendly when you can get to them. Wish they took cash. 4/5Wheelchair accessibility: Very poor, as is most of the university.
