I love going to this Tim Hortons! I don’t know the women's name behind the intercom, but she’s incredibly kind and always sweet, and remembers my order. Jackie that gives me my order at the window is always so lovley. I like my tea strong and sweet, and they always get it right.
David was super inconsiderate of my needs. As you can see, I politely order a coffee without coffee. However, I was rudely served a coffee with coffee. -10/10 service. I will be back. For the manager of course. David if you’re reading this. I want my coffee without coffee.

Friendly drive-thru staff, usually really quick even when it looks like a long line.Only downside: the gas station no longer has coffee and the Tims isn’t 24/7. If you’re up early for work or a trip and expect a coffee, you may as well hit the 7Eleven a mile north.
