Non professional staff need more training. Even the don't follow the instructions. Too long wait on drive through as I ask too long she said we don't have much employees. I ordered a soda swirl and there is no puffs on the top which I always have. When I ask for it she said sorry we don't have. What a answer.
Excellent customer service and fresh coffee every visit. The staff are polite, efficient, and make you feel welcome. One of the best Tim Hortons locations I’ve been to!
