I come into this location very often and management always give me a discount as I only order meat and no carbs. I always get the same premium orders of walnut shrimp and the steak and one other random meat without the carbs. Management always good about giving a discount for this order if 10% so I went in the other day and explain that to the teller and she radios her manager who is in the back. Food quality is going downhill. Also, they have a program if you don't get a receipt you get a free meal. In my case, I asked for the receipt when I paid, still didn't get it. So I waited after they gave me my food in the drive thru and asked for my receipt again. Another staff came to the window and was surprised when I asked for the receipt and my free meal. I went here just about their closing time and I was still welcomed warmly by the employee. He was so friendly, gave me tasters, very enthusiastic and positive. His energy is contagious, and I can see that he loves what he is dong.I know it is the end of the day but the quality of the food was not the best, even after I reheated it at home. My fault for coming in late at night though.Thanks!
