The food was usual. The wait was unusual and the existing customers were complaining the entire time they were waiting. Somewhere up to half an hour and four customers after them got served.
Food is great, but it's a bit of a wait for it. But I think it's worth it.

KFC provides an exceptional dining experience with outstanding customer service. The restaurant has undergone a remodeling of the interior—it is bright and well laid out. The employees are friendly and quick to take your order. If you choose to dine in, you will find everything very clean with plenty of room. While the 8-piece bucket meal may have fallen short on portion size, the flavor is great. The owner and manager are helpful, especially when addressing concerns like allergic reactions. Overall, KFC's friendly and diligent staff make up for any shortcomings, making it a worthwhile visit for dining in or takeout.
