Starbucks in Red Deer

“When I first came in, you could tell they were quite busy with drive thru, but I was greeted immediately and the one person who was working cash took a min to tell me she would be right with me. She then helped the bar people refill their stations a bit and took my order, she was so quick - it barely felt like she was delayed. What I was most impressed with was that she didn't make it seem like she was stressed or worried - I didn't feel like I was an inconvenience or making things harder for her. I didn't catch her name but, I think it started with a J - I was there Sat the 20th at about 1:00.

I also ordered my favourite drink and they made it perfectly, no price paid for how busy they seemed to be. 🩷“

“They are the kindest starbucks employees ive ever met. I work at a nearby store and come in often. Every time I am greeted with a hello and a how you doing? It really makes my day. Not to mention if they mess up an order for whatever reason they are extremely quick to make it right. ❤️“

“Best customer service experience I have had in a long time. Baritsa was enthusastic and engaging, greeted me with a huge smile. She recommended a new twist on my old favorite, caramel drizzle on my vanilla bean frappacino. She even suggested drizzling caramel down the sides of the cup. You could tell watching her make it that it was made with love.If you see this barista, you should be extremely proud of your people skills, thank you for making my day,. The caranel was fantadtic!“

“Hey to the 3 ladies in the drive through. It was my birthday and I simply having a horrible day and all 3 of you turned around said happy birthday and waved. You have no idea how much that gesture meant to me. I was feeling all alone but you did that. I left with tears in my eyes, you ladies have no idea what’s your smiles mean. Cheers“

“I placed an online order through my Starbucks app, and upon pickup, I didn’t realize I had ordered from the wrong location. I didn’t have time to go to the other location, so I just placed another order. Before I could pay, the barista with the platinum blonde hair offered it to me. It was completely unexpected, especially since it was my fault, but I really appreciated her kindness, especially during the early morning rush. 🤍“

“Went through drive through yesterday at the Taylor Drive location and had the best customer service ever! Ordering was very nice. The lady was very cheerful and sounded happy to help us, but the gentleman that greeted us at the window was the most awesome customer service I’ve ever received. He was happy and cheerful. We had to wait for our one drink and told us we can put our window up because it was really cold out. Then when he gave us our drink he said “Have a wonderful day. Stay cold.” ? Took a second for it to click in because it’s usually stay warm. Was awesome. The look on his face when my sister and I started howling and laughing. Made our day. Love his sense of humour . Thank you Randel ?“

“I haven't been to Starbucks in quite a while, but I'll definitely be going back to that location! Staff was super friendly, especially the staff member who took my order (I believe her name is Patty), and the food/coffee were wonderful.“

“I had to come here to say wow, the staff were amazing! They were so kind and welcoming. They greeted me as soon as I walked in. Very personable and polite. My latte and sandwich were perfect.

“Just needed a quick coffee while doing a round of errands in the area and stopped here. They don't have a drive through, which makes the pace of things at this location a bit less frenetic than others, and there's always been a very laid-back ambience here. The coffee was great and the were a bit nice“
