“I had such an incredible shopping experience here today. I’m fashionably “stunted” but I asked the lady working here today to help me out and she blew it out of the park. She provided me so many options. I needed one outfit and left with 5! I wish I would have asked her name because she was sooooo good to me today! Thank you!“

“I placed an online order through my Starbucks app, and upon pickup, I didn’t realize I had ordered from the wrong location. I didn’t have time to go to the other location, so I just placed another order. Before I could pay, the barista with the platinum blonde hair offered it to me. It was completely unexpected, especially since it was my fault, but I really appreciated her kindness, especially during the early morning rush. 🤍“

“Hey to the 3 ladies in the drive through. It was my birthday and I simply having a horrible day and all 3 of you turned around said happy birthday and waved. You have no idea how much that gesture meant to me. I was feeling all alone but you did that. I left with tears in my eyes, you ladies have no idea what’s your smiles mean. Cheers“

“my favorite starbucks in town. besides being right beside my work , the baristas here are the friendliest and most welcoming! it is always a pleasure to run by to pick up my drink. even during the busiest times , it is clear each and every staff member works very hard and efficiently. most generous group of people you'll ever meet. very grateful to be served by such amazing people!!“

“The shop is small with a few seats but is next to the food court seating area.

Didn’t have any panini options so had to go with a breakfast bite. Service was fine but they served me to go when I said I was staying - kind of a waste of a bag and all the paper when I asked for plates anyway.“

“Best customer service experience I have had in a long time. Baritsa was enthusastic and engaging, greeted me with a huge smile. She recommended a new twist on my old favorite, caramel drizzle on my vanilla bean frappacino. She even suggested drizzling caramel down the sides of the cup. You could tell watching her make it that it was made with love.If you see this barista, you should be extremely proud of your people skills, thank you for making my day,. The caranel was fantadtic!“

“Went through drive through yesterday at the Taylor Drive location and had the best customer service ever! Ordering was very nice. The lady was very cheerful and sounded happy to help us, but the gentleman that greeted us at the window was the most awesome customer service I’ve ever received. He was happy and cheerful. We had to wait for our one drink and told us we can put our window up because it was really cold out. Then when he gave us our drink he said “Have a wonderful day. Stay cold.” ? Took a second for it to click in because it’s usually stay warm. Was awesome. The look on his face when my sister and I started howling and laughing. Made our day. Love his sense of humour . Thank you Randel ?“

“Service, food, drinks and everything is great here!!

But you need to fix the drive thru window situation, the sun blasts the baristas in their face with the east AM sun, and then it reflects into the cars using the drive thru; from the reflection off the silver drive thru window frame and glass, blasting the customer in the face. I’m particularly sensitive to light however I’m sure other cars are getting the same thing. Maybe an overhang or wall of some sort.“

“I used the drive thru this afternoon, I was lucky enough to get Sal as my barista today.

From the moment she spoke on the speaker she was cheerful and kind. Asked me how my day was, when I got to the window she was full of smiles and kindness. Thank you Sal for bring sunshine into my life today.
