“As a healthcare worker I can pretty much run 90% off of caffeine… I go to many different Starbucks before and after my shifts. And I must say the Taylor Plaza Starbucks specifically has the most amazing staff and customer service. If I could give you 10 stars I would. Most of the time when I show up I’m a complete zombie and struggling to remember my order. The staff at this location are so kind with genuine conversation, my drinks are always made absolutely perfect. So thank you again for your outstanding service and compassion. A simple conversation can really turn around someone’s long workday ?“

“my favorite starbucks in town. besides being right beside my work , the baristas here are the friendliest and most welcoming! it is always a pleasure to run by to pick up my drink. even during the busiest times , it is clear each and every staff member works very hard and efficiently. most generous group of people you'll ever meet. very grateful to be served by such amazing people!!“

“today i was “that person” who complained of a drink being made wrong, and then proceeded to drop a breakfast sandwich. the team were such great sports and so kind, and remade everything. the young man making the drinks, jaylen, thank you for making my morning a bit better :)“

“Best customer service experience I have had in a long time. Baritsa was enthusastic and engaging, greeted me with a huge smile. She recommended a new twist on my old favorite, caramel drizzle on my vanilla bean frappacino. She even suggested drizzling caramel down the sides of the cup. You could tell watching her make it that it was made with love.If you see this barista, you should be extremely proud of your people skills, thank you for making my day,. The caranel was fantadtic!“

“Went through drive through yesterday at the Taylor Drive location and had the best customer service ever! Ordering was very nice. The lady was very cheerful and sounded happy to help us, but the gentleman that greeted us at the window was the most awesome customer service I’ve ever received. He was happy and cheerful. We had to wait for our one drink and told us we can put our window up because it was really cold out. Then when he gave us our drink he said “Have a wonderful day. Stay cold.” ? Took a second for it to click in because it’s usually stay warm. Was awesome. The look on his face when my sister and I started howling and laughing. Made our day. Love his sense of humour . “Service, food, drinks and everything is great here!!

But you need to fix the drive thru window situation, the sun blasts the baristas in their face with the east AM sun, and then it reflects into the cars using the drive thru; from the reflection off the silver drive thru window frame and glass, blasting the customer in the face. I’m particularly sensitive to light however I’m sure other cars are getting the same thing. Maybe an overhang or wall of some sort.“
