“I have been to many Tim Hortons especially in Ontario and Manitoba and was shocked the first time I came here to see that it's VERY CLEAN! Never thought I could see a store this clean. Even the pastries in the display were organized properly and clean all the time. No falling pastries on the bottom part. Keep it up guys! Will definitely recommend 💯“

“Their are up and down at Tim Hortons . One there coffee ☕️. Tim Hortons mix there left over coffee plus mix double double in to regular coffee ☕️. Then, not all Tim Hortons have the same items, like chili ,croissants, cookies,and wraps. The Cashier always asks if you want the alternative of want is in their store,which it's much. Then, finding out most Tim Hortons keep running out of food and Donuts 🍩. In all Tim Hortons, coffee ☕️ at Times is some what good. Note: most times Tim Hortons customers doesn't notice Tim Hortons don't use glass coffee pots No more. One cashier said they use liquid coffee ☕️ in plastic bottles from the company. The Cashier stated it's faster than making regular coffee ☕️ in pots. The Cashier stated all we have to do , is turn the bottle upside down in this machine and hot water is mix rightway . Then we can serve over 200 hundred customers rightway.“

“We had a wonderful dining experience at Tims Easthill. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel completely welcome. Staff was attentive, friendly, and gave us great menu recommendations. “I don’t even know how to explain what happened at this Tim Hortons. I went in expecting a normal coffee and left questioning reality itself.

The coffee wasn’t just good — it was *unreasonably* good. Like, suspiciously good. One sip of my double-double and I genuinely had to stop and process what I was experiencing. It felt like someone had scientifically engineered the perfect balance of caffeine, flavor, and happiness. I’m not saying it was the best coffee in the universe… but I also can’t prove that it *wasn’t*.

The food? Same story. The donut I got tasted like it had no business being that fresh. I’ve had donuts before — this one felt like it had a purpose in life. Every bite made me slightly more convinced I should turn my life around and start waking up earlier.

Service was fast, friendly, and honestly a little too efficient. I barely had time to think about my order before it was already in my hands. At one point I wondered if they could read minds.

Overall, this wasn’t just a coffee stop. It felt like a slightly exaggerated, almost surreal experience disguised as a normal visit to Tim Hortons.

Would I come back? Absolutely.

Am I fully convinced everything that happened there was normal? Not even a little.“

“I just wanna appreciate MARK who is an employee working at this location he is super friendly and I don’t know why but whenever i meet him talk to him, really feel energetic and get happy may be because of his way of talking. Everytime I visit he already knows what I wanna order. Its very nice to talk to such friendly and polite employees. God bless him.“

The only thing I could complain about is the service time, sometimes they take too long on coming to the counter to take my order, I understand that it may be a busy place or dont have enough people but sometimes I need to go in and out quickly 😅“

“The people that work here on the floor are lovely, amazing, always doing their best. They are wonderful at mitigating the strife caused by always being out of the things people order, they are incredibly understanding and have lovely customer service. Whoever is in charge of inventory management and product ordering however, you need to sit back and actually look at your sales before you order. I’ve never seen a fast food location that is consistently this busy that is ALWAYS out of vital ingredients for the food they sell. KEEP EGGS IN STOCK!! LOOK AT SALES BEFORE ORDERING!! “One of the best Tim Hortons I’ve been to!! They’re quick, efficient, doesn’t matter if it’s a morning rush or just two people in line waiting, the staff hustle like you’re on breakfast or lunch rush always!! I noticed they communicate well with each other and great team work too. Justice took my order and made it quick and easy for me. Most of the time I gotta double check they did my order correctly at the till before paying but not in this case. All the staff were positive and polite. Restaurant was clean, and they had tons of selection for treats and food.“
