“Their are up and down at Tim Hortons . One there coffee ☕️. Tim Hortons mix there left over coffee plus mix double double in to regular coffee ☕️. Then, not all Tim Hortons have the same items, like chili ,croissants, cookies,and wraps. The Cashier always asks if you want the alternative of want is in their store,which it's much. Then, finding out most Tim Hortons keep running out of food and Donuts 🍩. In all Tim Hortons, coffee ☕️ at Times is some what good. Note: most times Tim Hortons customers doesn't notice Tim Hortons don't use glass coffee pots No more. One cashier said they use liquid coffee ☕️ in plastic bottles from the company. The Cashier stated it's faster than making regular coffee ☕️ in pots. The Cashier stated all we have to do , is turn the bottle upside down in this machine and hot water is mix rightway . Then we can serve over 200 hundred customers rightway.“

I see this amazing team every single day: Gigi, Steph, Zhen, and Joni. They deliver perfection consistently, orders are always spot-on, Teas hot and fresh, food exactly how I like it.
What stands out most is how they always greet me with a genuine smile, no matter how busy it is. That small touch makes starting my day feel a little brighter.
Place stays clean, service is quick and friendly. Truly appreciate the consistency from this crew.

“I just wanna appreciate MARK who is an employee working at this location he is super friendly and I don’t know why but whenever i meet him talk to him, really feel energetic and get happy may be because of his way of talking. Everytime I visit he already knows what I wanna order. Its very nice to talk to such friendly and polite employees. God bless him.“
“Tim Hortons is always a reliable go-to. The coffee is consistently good, the food is fresh, and the service is friendly and quick. I love how convenient the locations are, and it’s the perfect spot to grab a drink or snack anytime of day. The person who assisted me, Mary, was very kind and professional, which made the experience even better.“
“I get an iced capp pretty much every day. Ya, ya, I know... lol. This is by far my favorite location. Mark is awesome. Most of the other staff members I've dealt with are great, too, and the iced capps are almost always fabulous. I like that they tell me when I order if they are a bit runny, so I have the option of going elsewhere. Once, I chose to order despite their warning, and then when I got to the window and paid, they handed me the cup, and I saw that it was way worse than I expected. They had no issues giving me a refund when I decided I didn't want it after all. Fantastic service. Definitely recommend. 😊“
“Unfortunately this Tims usually runs quite slowly and features employees who don't seem to be monitored for service and overall people skills. They should expect to be busy as they are in a college, but they always seem to be surprised by long lines. A chronic issue as well is employees who don't talk loud enough for you to hear behind their mask and the plexiglass barrier. Thankfully the food and coffee is as good as you could hope and cheaper than the Starbucks down the hall.“
“Originally I had posted a good review for this location. As someone who has worked at this location previously, I always gave this location a good review. I stopped in this morning for three breakfast items and three drinks. They insisted I pull around to the back where one other person was waiting. In the time I was parked a third person pulled up. The lady came out and brought the gentleman in the truck his food and handed off my food to the third car. I knew that had to be my food. I watched the lady open the bag and go through it. I pulled up once the truck had moved and the employee noticed that I had moved up. She asked me if I was waiting for food and proceeded to the car to which the lady told her this is not her order. After watching the lady open the bad and go through it, I was not wanting my order from her. The employee too the bag inside and brought my food out in less than 2 minutes. As someone who works there, there is no way to make three sandwiches in the time frame it took her to walk and and come back. I told her that I was not happy and it was pretty quick. She said no we threw out the food. When I opened the bag which was clearly the previous bag as it was slightly ripped, I could immediately tell one of the three sandwiches was opened as the paper was crumpled. You could tell that two were untouched. I told her I was going to leave a review so here I am. This is inexcusable. If you do not have the time to confirm peoples orders in the back of a building, before handing them off, you shouldn't be sending them to the back of the store. I know they are timed and that is why they take the short cut and send people to the back. I will not be supporting this location any longer.“
“The woman working soup and sandwiches deserves a raise! She was impressive as heck making 8+ pizzas at the same time, and our food came out PERFECT.

“I never had a bad experience at this store, the people are nice and food and coffee are good most of the time. The only thing I could complain about is the service time, sometimes they take too long on coming to the counter to take my order, I understand that it may be a busy place or dont have enough people but sometimes I need to go in and out quickly 😅“

“I was having a really rough day today—completely out of sorts. In the middle of it all, I saw a Tim Hortons and decided to treat myself to an Iced Capp to cool down and reset. I didn’t expect much, but walking into that location genuinely turned my day around.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There was such a warm energy in the place—like they were happy to see me, not just because it’s their job, but because they genuinely care about creating a positive experience. Their smiles, even through the smallest interactions, felt sincere. It wasn’t forced—it felt like they truly loved what they were doing and appreciated me being there.
