“Their are up and down at Tim Hortons . One there coffee ☕️. Tim Hortons mix there left over coffee plus mix double double in to regular coffee ☕️. Then, not all Tim Hortons have the same items, like chili ,croissants, cookies,and wraps. The Cashier always asks if you want the alternative of want is in their store,which it's much. Then, finding out most Tim Hortons keep running out of food and Donuts 🍩. In all Tim Hortons, coffee ☕️ at Times is some what good. Note: most times Tim Hortons customers doesn't notice Tim Hortons don't use glass coffee pots No more. One cashier said they use liquid coffee ☕️ in plastic bottles from the company. The Cashier stated it's faster than making regular coffee ☕️ in pots. The Cashier stated all we have to do , is turn the bottle upside down in this machine and hot water is mix rightway . Then we can serve over 200 hundred customers rightway.“

“I get an iced capp pretty much every day. Ya, ya, I know... lol. This is by far my favorite location. Mark is awesome. Most of the other staff members I've dealt with are great, too, and the iced capps are almost always fabulous. I like that they tell me when I order if they are a bit runny, so I have the option of going elsewhere. Once, I chose to order despite their warning, and then when I got to the window and paid, they handed me the cup, and I saw that it was way worse than I expected. They had no issues giving me a refund when I decided I didn't want it after all. Fantastic service. Definitely recommend. 😊“
“It's a life saver. Quick service. Some staff just need to be a bit more polite. I find that some of them will just slap the food down on the counter and walk away as if the customer is not standing there. Had that experience recently at the 22nd street branch (fast gas). They need to be re-trained.“
“I never had a bad experience at this store, the people are nice and food and coffee are good most of the time. The only thing I could complain about is the service time, sometimes they take too long on coming to the counter to take my order, I understand that it may be a busy place or dont have enough people but sometimes I need to go in and out quickly 😅“
“The woman working soup and sandwiches deserves a raise! She was impressive as heck making 8+ pizzas at the same time, and our food came out PERFECT.
