I always have a great experience at Tim Hortons! The food is consistently fresh, and you can really taste the quality in everything they serve. The restaurant is always clean and well-maintained, and the bathrooms are spotless and very hygienic — something I really appreciate. The staff are friendly, quick, and professional, making every visit pleasant. Catthrine always try to make sure you get the correct order.

“I found this shop when I was in Medicine Hat this past May (2023). They were so accommodating allowing us flexibility to pick up our order. They froze our cheesecakes so well, the handled the trip back to Montana very well. Most importantly, everyone we served slices to LOVED their cheesecakes!! I'll be back in two weeks and already have my order in to bring home this trip! Thank you all so much!! You are the best!!“

“We used the sweetness bake shop for our wedding we had a smaller two tier cake and 6 dozen cupcakes. The cake was decorated beautifully just as we asked and so were the cupcakes, everything tasted great as well- we had the choco peanut butter and raspberry lemon. The only hiccup we had is that the cake wasn’t finished on our agreed upon pickup date, but Sara fixed it right away and offered to deliver straight to our reception hall instead which solved the issue.

“While on a trip, I stopped by on the recommendation of my friends and wow, it totally exceeded expectations! ☕ The coffee was incredibly smooth, velvety, and delicious honestly one of the best I’ve ever had, perfectly balanced and super easy to drink. The staff were extremely friendly, warm, and welcoming; it really felt like home. The place is spotlessly clean, bright, and has such a cozy, peaceful vibe. She asked me if I wanted it iced this time, so I said yes! No disappointment either, good drinks that keep bringing me back 🙌🏻 service is always excellent with lighthearted staff!“

“Stopped by Tim’s around 8 p.m. on October 31st, and it honestly turned into one of the best moments of my day. The brown girl working there had long hair, kind eyes, and the most beautiful smile — she completely brightened my evening. I really, really liked her; something about her warmth and positivity just stood out.

It wasn’t just great coffee — it was the feeling she created with her friendly attitude and genuine smile. She made my Halloween feel special without even knowing it. I really hope I get the chance to see her again someday.“

“This review is not about any Tim Hortons employees, it is about the two racists who were yelling and swearing at Smiley and Vic (Tim's employees). These two white racists were cruel and harassing and should have had the cops called on them, but the Timmy employees tried to accommodate their requests. I am disappointed that racism is still rearing its ugly head. My heart goes out to Smiley and Vic (so friendly and great at their jobs). Shame on the racists!“
