“1st time patronizing a Church’s Texas Chicken, upon the suggestion by a friend I don’t see often unless I’m in MHat! The staff on Wed Aug 30th @ 1pm, are friendly - helpful - polite & happy. I’m not a fan of chicken, however I had 2 pieces, 1 each of the original + spicy flavours, both were crispy & tasty. The honey butter biscuit is delicious & the jalapeno poppers with dipping sauce is yummy. Great Job ⭐️“

“I’ve had some issues here in the past, but nothing that completely turned me off from giving it another shot. Back in the area after several years (about 7), I decided to stop in again—and I’m glad I did.
The place was spotless, the staff was friendly, and even though it was quite busy, they stayed polite and professional while keeping things moving efficiently. I ordered one of the value deals, which was reasonably priced and fit exactly what I needed.

Compared to my last visit, there’s been a clear improvement all around. Great to see the positive changes—definitely worth a revisit.“

“This was an amazing place to conduct business! Had a special request for a cake and needed it relatively quickly, got to talk directly to the owner (which doesn’t happen now a days) and allowed me to fully customize the cake how I needed it! Got it to me within the same day and even gave me a deal! Could not say it more, this is by far the best dairy queen I’ve ever visited and will continue to get all my business!

Also I have to say the atmosphere when you walk in just feels like “the good old days” and not a typical franchise place, hard to keep that atmosphere in today’s world!

“The kids loved this, what a find!! Had some last-minute things to do, and they came through with a team order of 20 people.

Chicken is actually quite moist and juicy, not as oily as other's. Battered quite nicely too. Not sure if it's a Canadian chain but sure would recommend.

Not sure if they offered a discount if you mentioned their hotel directory ad but definitely give them a day's notice.

“Who doesn’t like KFC. This one is actually one of the better once I found. Never really had a bad experience there, especially since they renovated the place. Staff has always been friendly and Teuta sure makes it an experience. Friendly and accommodating…. When you are reasonable.
Food has been hot and fresh, sometimes you might have to wait a couple minutes but it’s not a TH drive through for a double double either.
Will eat there again.

“Ordered a ice cream sheet cake about four days prior pickup the lady that helped me was extremely helpful with all the details i needed (sorry i forgot her name). When I picked up they had it in a big box with ice to insure it would stay cold for my hour drive home. It arrived without thawing and lettering was not smeared a bit. Thank you guys. AWESOME JOB!!“

“We placed a large group order for our sports team, and the order was prepared fresh and ready for pick up when we got there. Everything in the order was correct. The restaurant was clean, and the gentlemen serving us even brought the bags to my car. Excellent customer service and food quality“

“My husband and I came last night for some fries and water and let me just say…the guy who was there last night KILLED IT!!! He worked so fast under pressure, apologized for the wait (it was like a 5 min wait IF that), and the fries were nice and hot! Thank you dude! I’d have tipped you if I could have. “I went to Subway around 8 PM and ordered two sandwiches. They forgot to toast the sandwiches. I wanted to get the subs toasted or replaced since I was already home by the time I checked on my meal. The three gentleman working there when I ordered spoke English clearly and accurately. However, when I called back at 10 PM, they refused to speak English and kept hanging up on me. I tried to speak with them about the situation, but they only spoke in their native language. I was disappointed and frustrated by this experience.

Edit: They did make things right the next day and replaced my subs. Maybe one of the coworkers that couldn’t speak English very well was working that night. The sub the second time around was good. Thank you for making the experience right.“

“The staff here are awesome and the best sandwich I've ever had from anywhere was made by them. I appreciated their lighthearted attitudes and jokes they told while assembling my order. Instead of being frustrated or judging me for being specific about how I like my food, they offered options that I didn't know were available (like double toasting) and went above and beyond to ensure my sandwich was *exactly* how I would enjoy it. The staff were respectful of customers and each other and they worked together well. The restaurant was also very clean.

This is, by far, the best Subway I have experienced in Alberta. They really seem to care about providing positive experiences to customers and truly understand that one of the draws of Subway is the customization options.

This property could improve its accessibility, like with a powered door and convenient curb cut. However, as a disabled person, at no point did I feel the staff were unwelcoming or treating me any differently than they treated my able-bodied companions. As well, the app is a huge pain and it would be really nice if their pricing didn't make coupons and app deals so vital (which isn't unique to this location.)“
