“I had a fantastic first visit to The Alley, and it certainly won’t be my last! The store was impressively clean, well-lit, and neatly organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere right away. I ordered the Crunchy Tiramisu Milk Tea, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and aromatic, perfectly capturing the essence of tiramisu without being overly sweet. The texture from the crunchy toppings added a satisfying twist that made the drink stand out even more.
The staff were another highlight—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly fast with the service, making the overall experience even better. Although this location is a bit of a drive from my home, it’s definitely worth the trip, and I can already see myself returning soon.
Located inside CrossIron Mills, The Alley has quickly become my go-to spot for bubble tea. It’s a must-visit for any boba lover! Their menu offers a fantastic variety of drinks, with unique flavors that cater to all kinds of preferences. For those looking for caffeine-free options, I recommend trying Deerioca Forever, Iron Goddess, or Asam Black Tea—each one is flavorful and refreshing. They also provide milk alternatives, which is great for anyone with dietary restrictions.
What really sets The Alley apart is the creativity and quality in every cup. From the presentation to the ingredients, it’s clear they put care into their drinks. If you’re looking for a standout bubble tea experience, The Alley is definitely worth checking out!“

“Got the half&half k-dogs with sugar and ketchup, SO. GOOD. First time trying these type of corndog and the standard is set super high lol. Sugar topping takes it to the next level (might have to ask for a little extra next time). It did take 10+ minutes but totally worth it since they were as fresh as can be. Grabbed a mango drink from the JusFruit section of the shared counter and that was amazing as well.
I grabbed some other dishes for takeout because I haven’t gotten around to trying much Korean food before. Fried sweet potato is very good, but didn’t love any of the kimbap varieties except the fried shrimp — that’s the only one with sauce and I feel like it’s a bit dry otherwise, tuna didn’t have much flavour. Takoyaki is way better than the premade ones at T&T (actually cooked through and not doughy), twigim looks good but overpriced so that’s the one thing I didn’t try that caught my eye.
Really friendly service from the girl taking orders, highly recommend overall :)“

“Visited Gong Cha Country Hills recently and had a really enjoyable experience. This location is definitely a busy spot, especially during peak hours, so be prepared for a bit of a wait. That said, the atmosphere inside is still very pleasant, clean, modern, and comfortable, making it a nice place to relax while waiting for your drink.
Even with the crowd, the staff work efficiently and keep the line moving at a steady pace. The service feels organized, and orders come out fairly quickly considering how popular this place is. It’s clear that this location is well-loved by the community.
As for the drinks, the quality really stands out. The milk tea has a rich, well-balanced flavor without being overly sweet, and you can still taste the tea itself, which I appreciate. The pearls are fresh, soft, and perfectly chewy, adding great texture to the drink.
Overall, Gong Cha Country Hills is a reliable go-to for bubble tea lovers. Despite being busy, it offers a welcoming environment and consistently good drinks that make it worth the visit every time. 👍“

“Quick service and good food! Had bun bo hue, mango shrimp salad, and the satay pork banh mi - and everything was really good! Been a while since a banh mi baguette hasn’t cut my gums lol but their bread is always so soft here. Their vietnamese iced coffees are also super good and authentic - strong and not too sweet.“

“It was quite delicious, but the burger was slightly overcooked. The portions were very well-sized, though I don't think it was worth $30 before tip. I ordered a double cheese burger with bacon, an order of fries, and a chocolate milkshake.“

“Great service. Employees were very kind and generous. Allowed us to try several different sauce flavours before ordering and made great recommendations based on our tastes. Filling portion sizes and reasonable price. 5/5 would recommend. 🍗“

“Gong cha is always tasty.
I go to JCS high school and usually order Gong Cha in Seton.
Over weekends, we usually hang out with friends at Crossiron mall.
Can you plz have Hinbor for your stores at CrossIron? We usually order as a group from its app, and earn rewards.
Even some of us don’t have credit card to use for the App, we could use debit card to order on its integrated kiosk too.
It would be much more convenient, and it’s important factor for us when choosing the drinks. We will order much more often because of the fun experience!“
