“I had an issue with the Subway app where my order didn’t come through properly to them. This was neither of our faults, but the staff at Subway were incredibly helpful and resolved the issue quickly. Despite the store being busy, they managed to get my order ready in no time. I really appreciated their efficiency, especially since I was trying to redeem my birthday coupon. Thank you for making my birthday a good day!“

“Came in today (Saturday march 15th) and was greeted with excitement, kindness and good vibes. I didn't think to look or ask the man's name as we had a great chat as he worked on my sandwich. All I know is he works till 10 today and he absolutely made my day better. Give this man a raise!!!!“

“You can tell the owner takes so much pride in this location. I specifically come to Royal Oak knowing I’ll get the best service and always a clean environment. It’s refreshing to see this kind of worth ethic and customer service at a fast food franchise. Attention to detail and hygiene is always so appreciated. The toppings are not skimpy at all especially when you ask for extra - never a problem here!

“Very nice costumer service. I don’t know what the lady name that is working there in the morning but what I know that she could help me when I already paid to an order but wasn’t placed in the system and nothing showed up to confirm my order. She immediately talked to her supervisor and ask me some questions to validate the order then they did it for me. Stupid online system but great customer service. Thanks“

“I came from Edmonton and visited crossiron Mills with my friend’s and being a foodie and subway lover I decided to go straight to subway and where I was being helped by nice staff and being served by delicious food apart from they are are letting people know how they can make their eggless sandwich which was very seriously applaudable.last but not least definitely visit the store and enjoy totally vegetarian food..“
