“Mark provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, patient, and made my vegetarian sub exactly the way I wanted. He paid attention to the details, worked efficiently, and made the whole experience pleasant. Thank you, Mark, for the great service—I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Awesome staff Heidie and Glenda made my visit great. Excellent service and food. Pleasure to visit this location always“

“This is honestly the best Subway location I’ve ever been to in Calgary. The store is always spotless, and the food is consistently fresh the bread is fluffy, the veggies are crisp, and everything tastes amazing every single time. They’re also very generous with their portions, which makes a huge difference in the quality of the sandwiches.

They always wrap everything with care so nothing falls apart, and their hygiene and presentation are excellent. They have mixed up a few of my online orders before, but despite that, this location still deserves a full 5 stars. The quality, freshness, and service here are unmatched.“

“staff are absolutely amazing !“

“Always Excellent Food and Service!“

“Great service from js for lunch. Listens to order and actually rolls your sub up so the fillings aren't all on the side out of it on paper when you unwrap to eat! Saw how he was talking to other customer, guy cares about his work and what he does! Don't see that as often anymore.“

“Stopped by Subway recently and had a great experience. The staff were super friendly, quick, and got my order exactly right. Everything tasted really fresh, and the store was clean and well-kept. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Definitely one of the better Subway locations I’ve been to—will be coming back!“

“The guy who made my food clearly cared about his job, he made me an amazing sandwich and he had excellent customer service. While I was waiting in line I looked up and I noticed that there were cameras directly above each sandwich making station and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I do not like that its either Subway international or this resturant specifically is recording my face with one camera and my sandwich order at rhe same time. That feels like a violation. Not including the fact that for the staff who are being considered constantly recorded for what ever reason. I thought this was Canada. I was raised to believe that you train and trust your staff to have integrity and work to the best of there ability. I will be visiting many other subways to observe if they all have cameras directly above every work station.“

“Exceptional service from Raksha! She really knows her customers and provides top-notch customer service. Her sandwiches are really delicious. Always so yummy, I keep coming back for more! Highly recommend stopping by and asking for Raksha 😊“

“Sehaj was extremely kind and provided excellent service during my visit to Subway. They were patient, friendly, and took the time to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it without rushing me. My sandwich was prepared neatly with fresh ingredients, and everything was done with care and attention to detail. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I really appreciate the great customer service. I would definitely return again.“

“Best dining experiences ive ever had. As a student athlete of the high school across the street, subway has always been there for me when I’m sad, hungry at lunch, before or after games and any time I need a little pick me up. Truly thank you so much for being such a staple for our schools community.“

“Love coming to this subway for lunch when I’m working in the plaza. Sarabjeet and Jonna are STARS. They both always make the perfect sandwich. They are both always patient and friendly and they remember my sub which is such amazing customer service. I actually stopped going to any subway locations for a few years previously and then I took a chance on this location and I always get fresh food and it’s always consistent. Consistent is important when you’re there daily. I’m glad I have a subway location that I can trust regarding their cleanliness and their quality. Big shout out to my main sandwich artists. :)“

“The ladies who work here are amazing! Always so kind and go out of their way:) the food is always well prepped and fresh. I might misspell the names but SIMRAN and KONAL (so sorry if I didn’t spell those right) are always AMAZING!“
