Last week I ordered a venti iced chai latte with oat milk and light ice. I received a drink with regular ice and way more diluted than usual (I’ve been ordering this drink for several years several times a week), i mentioned to the barista it was supposed to be light ice, she replied yes that’s why I added more oat milk to make it light ice. This location is busy. The baristas are working under pressure. My latte was perfectly crafted. However, If you stay and will require to use a device ensure that it is fully charged because it's inside Safeway and they don't have an electrical outlet.
